    Al-Khalidi praised the noble directive of granting His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing the power to “warn first” to whomever a violation is issued, before issuing the penalty to raise compliance rates and raise awareness of some behaviors that fall under the category of violations, according to the determinants of “that violations are not serious, It has not been committed previously, and its effect is not infringing on others.” And that a written warning is issued in which the time for removing the violation is determined.

    Al-Khalidi thanked the wise leadership represented by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and His Highness the Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, for perceiving the needs of the business sector and supporting it in advancing its mission within the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and he also valued the efforts of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs And the housing and its interaction with its requirements to raise its contribution to the development of cities, support entrepreneurs, facilitate small and medium enterprises, and emphasize the importance of raising the performance of the business sector in a way that matches aspirations.
